Quality Control
Materials, workmanship, measurements, appearance and packing requirements are checked according to the confirmed product specification. Available quality-related reports can be discussed and provided upon request.
Sampling Before Bulk Production
Sampling helps confirm construction, fit, color, trims, branding and packaging before bulk production begins. A typical sample lead time is 7–10 working days, depending on the design and material availability.
Bulk Production
A typical bulk production lead time is 25–40 days after details are confirmed. Actual timing depends on style complexity, order quantity, materials and the approved production plan.
